Due to the quite unexpected passing of our beloved and quite extraordinary ceramic/glass/stone restorer Jon Rans who had worked with us since 2000, we are not currently accepting any of this media for restoration. Jon was the best restorer I have ever encountered, and as a result we were never able to hire anyone else who worked at his level. At this time we do not have any other staff who can work in his media, nor do we have anyone we can refer you to. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Glass and crystal services include filling and restoration of chips, bonding of broken glass pieces, fabrication of losses, and clearing of cloudy glass. We can also have new pieces hand blown to your specifications, either as a replacement part, a duplicate piece, or an original design.
